Sharp LC-8 / EL-8 – the $345 calculator

Here is a great old commercial for one of the first electronic pocket calculators.  It was released in the 70s for around $350 which would be closer to about $1200 adjusted to 2008 currency.  I think I’ll stick with my TI-89.
